Divided into 2 floors (ground and first floor) including 3 bedrooms: 1 double and 2 with French bed. two bathrooms: 2 suites and a third bathroom, a solution that guarantees privacy and moments of relaxation while enjoying fantastic sunsets while observing the sun disappearing into the sky-blue sea of the island, a real oasis of luxury for experiencing a dream vacation.
Inside, the property is cared for down to the smallest detail, warm and welcoming, the furnishings of marked elegance blend the taste of the classic with the modern luxury. At the entrance of the structure you will find a fantastic open space living room, covered dining room and kitchen, a French bedroom with a suite bathroom connected to a scullery and a bedroom with a terrace with a table used for breakfast. Going up to the first floor there are the other two bedrooms, 1 double with en suite bathroom and balcony
terraced, the second with French bed and adjoining bathroom in the corridor and panoramic window.
The exterior of the villa consists of a Mediterranean garden, with lush vegetation and a colorful floral background. a relaxation area with swimming pool and solarium, with six sunbeds and waterfall shower. A fantastic terrace with dining area. Anacapri is only 2 km from Capri, thanks to its short distances, it offers the possibility of reaching the main places of interest and all services such as restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, ATMs, hospital, pharmacies and heliport.
Private parking and Wi-Fi. The completely fenced property is accessed from the main gate.
You will find taxi and bus service a few meters from the entrance of the structure.
All sanitary products are included at check-in, the organic courtesy kit is equipped with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen, two phones, pods for Italian coffee, tea, welcome aperitif (wine of local excellence and snacks.)
