DESCRIPTION

On this wonderful volcanic island in the Madonna delle Grazie district, within 2,200 square meters of luxuriant local vegetation and centuries-old olive trees, there is Villa Venere divided into 3 splendid Damusi located on terraces, a solution that guarantees privacy and moments of relaxation while enjoying fantastic sunsets watching the sun disappear behind the African mountains.
The common exterior of the villa consists of a Mediterranean garden, a relaxation area with swimming pool, natural waterfall shower and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Tunisian coasts. The nearest residential center is Scauri but the island of Pantelleria, thanks to its short distances, offers the possibility of reaching the main places of interest and all services such as restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, ATMs, hospitals, pharmacies and the airport . Also equipped with private parking and Wi-Fi.

SPACE
The property is accessed through the main gate that leads to the first Damuso of 70 m2, where we will find a beautiful large patio with table and chairs, barbecue and hammock. Inside we find a delightful and welcoming living room with a window overlooking the sea, a double sofa bed and a TV. Continuing along the corridor we find a bedroom with a Queen-size double bed, a built-in wardrobe and a window that illuminates the room. Leaving the room there is a small open kitchen equipped with a kitchenette complete with all utensils, a refrigerator and a coffee machine. Finally there is a complete bathroom with all the
bathroom fixtures, walk-in shower and BIO courtesy kit. The Damuso is equipped with linen for the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.

Going up three steps you reach the main Damuso of 140 square meters, where we find a large patio with table, chairs, typical Pantelleria built-in sofas and with a breathtaking view where you can enjoy outdoor dinners with your friends and/or family. Inside we find a complete kitchen equipped with all appliances: fridge, dishwasher and utensils, with a table for 4/6 people, a lovely sitting room with TV and built-in wardrobes. Continuing we find the welcoming master bedroom with a comfortable Queen-size double bed, and a French window with direct access to the private terrace. Next to the room we find the bathroom equipped with all sanitary fixtures,
shower cabin and BIO courtesy kit with sea view window. Both apartments have air conditioning. The Damuso is equipped with linen for the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.

Going down the steps we find the third Damuso Depandance of 22 m2 with bedroom with Queen-size double bed, bathroom with all sanitary fixtures, walk-in shower and courtesy kit.
Equipped with linen for the bedroom and the bathroom. There is also a patio with a table for 4 people.

The outdoor space surrounding the beautiful swimming pool is 350 m2, equipped with a relaxation area, sunbathing area and natural waterfall shower. At the same level as the pool we find the 30m2 laundry room equipped with washing machine, table and iron, drying racks and another fridge.

of the exquisite fresh fish cooked for you directly on board.
